Imogen Erskine and Bruja Howe met through their respective networks in London’s private household and corporate world and recognised something straightforward; their skills were mirror images of each other. Imogen brings over twenty years of communications, PR, and organisational experience including five years supporting a senior executive and leadership team at C-suite level. She is calm under pressure, exceptionally organised, and manages complex competing priorities with discretion and clarity. She is your London anchor, handling board-level communications, diary management, strategic administration, and stakeholder engagement.

Bruja brings a decade of experience working within UHNW private families across the UK, USA, and Europe. She has managed multi-residence household operations, international travel logistics, high-end event execution, and the deeply personal day-to-day demands of principals whose private and professional lives are inseparable. She holds a first class degree and brings creative, logistical, and interpersonal skills that are rare in this field. She is your fluid operator, adaptable, discreet, and effective whether she is in London or across the world.

Your corporate calendar, board papers, and London office run smoothly under Imogen’s oversight from Monday to Thursday. From Thursday Bruhca takes the lead on your lifestyle, household, travel, and personal needs through the weekend. Every Thursday morning we conduct a deep handover so whoever you speak to knows everything. You never repeat yourself. Nothing falls through the gap. We use shared systems; Asana, Slack, and a secure shared vault so our two minds genuinely function as one point of contact.
